Walking On Ice Safety Is My Apartment Complex Legally Responsible For Putting Sand To Melt Ice On Walkways And Stairs?

Is my apartment complex legally responsible for putting sand to melt ice on walkways and stairs? - walking on ice safety

I currently live in the Midwest, where the storms occur now. Recently we had an ice storm, and called my property manager because my stairs have an inch of ice on them. And it is very difficult to go through the gate. Anyway, I asked, and share something about them, to melt the ice and she said that if they are legally responsible if something happens. Is not it their responsibility for safety and can provide me a procedure, if I fall on my stairs?

Yes, it's there when you slip and there is nothing to prevent us from pursuing the complexity, if ever questioned by the insurance agent, who asked if there is anything to prevent slipping, and either no answer. Rather, it is a responsibility to slightly below, brought about something.

However, I heard the news that salt is the question of how far places are exhausted and may be due to the storms and must not receive more melt in the position, with salt ice cream.

Additional information: If it's okay, I can only say cautiously down the stairs, if they have that right.
